Raiders 38, Bills 24

Dec. 4, 2016
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum
Oakland, CA

STAR OF THE GAME
Trailing by 15 points early in the third quarter, Oakland (10-2) scores the final 29 points to earn its sixth fourth-quarter comeback of the season. Derek Carr engineers four touchdown drives during a wild second half as the Raiders achieve their first 10-2 start since 2000. Carr throws TD passes to Michael Crabtree (3 yards) and Amari Cooper (37 yards), and Latavius Murray runs for two scores against the stunned Bills (6-6). It's Oakland's biggest comeback since rallying from 21 points down to beat Indianapolis 38-31 on Sept. 10, 2000.

KEY STATS
The Raiders defense also has a hand in Oakland's sixth straight victory, equaling the team's longest win streak since 2000. The Raiders force three straight three-and-outs and then get a turnover when Khalil Mack deflects a Tyrod Taylor pass that is intercepted by Nate Allen at the Buffalo 16. The first of two Bills turovers leads to Murray's second TD run and Carr's 2-point conversion pass to Seth Roberts.
Defensive end Khalil Mack seals victory with a strip sack of Tyrod Taylor and a fumble recovery at the Oakland 23 with 3:20 remaining. Mack, who starred at the University of Buffalo, has at least one sack in seven straight games and 10 for the season
LeSean McCoy has 130 rushing yards on 17 carries and catches seven passes for 61 yards for the Bills, who drop their ninth straight regular-season game to the Raiders in Oakland.

THEY SAID IT
"We don't want to be in these positions where we're playing from behind. We want to dominate from start to finish. We keep finding ourselves in these situations, which is the reason we have to continue to improve and get better."

Raiders RB Latavius Murray

"It's an exciting time in Oakland. It's definitely fun times. We've come a long way. ... But we still have yet to do anything."

Raiders QB Derek Carr

"It was one of those situations where everything they did went right and we just couldn't make a play. I've never really been in a situation like that where everything went wrong, just like you couldn't make a play, and then those guys went on a roll and it was like everything they did turned to gold."

Bills S Corey Graham
