FLASH RECAP:
Doug Martin rushes for a franchise-record 251 yards and four touchdowns to propel visiting Tampa Bay (4-4) to a victory over Oakland (3-5) before an announced crowd of 52,055 at O.co Coliseum on Nov. 4, 2012.

Martin, a rookie from Boise State, has scoring runs of 1, 45, 67 and 70 yards. He has 265 yards on 22 carries before losing 14 yards on his final three rushing attempts as the Bucs run out the clock.

Carson Palmer rallies the Raiders with three fourth-quarter touchdown passes (two to tight end Brandon Myers) before throwing interceptions on Oakland's final two possessions. He finishes with 414 passing yards and four touchdowns

Josh Freeman throws for 264 yards and two touchdowns as Tampa Bay scores 28 or more points for a franchise-record fourth straight game.

The Raiders surrender a whopping 515 total yards, including 278 rushing yards. The Bucs average 8.2 yards per play.

RB Doug Martin — Has 251 rushing yards on 25 attempts and 4 touchdowns. His first three scoring runs of 45, 67 and 70 yards help the Bucs build a 35-17 lead early in the fourth quarter. Martin has 220 of his 251 rushing yards in the second half on 18 carries.

QB Josh Freeman — Is 18 of 30 passing for 247 yards and 2 TDs with no INTs and a passer rating of 108.6.

S Ahmad Black — Returns an interception 34 yards to the Oakland 22 to set up Doug Martin's victory-clinching 1-yard TD run with 1:49 left.

Oakland
QB Carson Palmer — Throws for 414 yards and 4 touchdowns but his second of three interceptions with under 2:40 remaining stops a furious Oakland comeback.

TE Brandon Myers — Has 8 catches for 59 yards, including touchdown receptions of 4 and 1 yards.

FB Marcel Reece — His 13-yard TD catch narrows the Raiders' deficit to 35-30 with 3:51 left. He finishes with 8 catches for 95 yards.

KEY STATS:
Tampa Bay's Doug Martin becomes the first NFL running back since at least 1940 to score on three TD runs of at least 45 yards in one game, according to STATS LLC. He finishes 45 yards shy of tying Adrian Peterson’s single-game record of 296 set in his rookie season in 2007.


The Bucs torch the Raiders for 278 rushing yards on 32 attempts (8.7 yards per rush). Oakland enters the game ranked 11th against the run, allowing a respectable 102.1 rush yards.
Tampa Bay and Oakland combine for 23 penalties and 196 penalty yards. The Bucs have 14 penalties for 116 yards while the Raiders have 9 penalties for yards.
