FLASH RECAP:
Eddy Carmona's 23-yard field goal with 8:11 remaining gives Oakland a victory over Dallas in their 2013 exhibition opener on Aug. 9 before an announced crowd of 43,013 at O.co Coliseum.

Carmona and Sebastian Janikowski each kick two field goals and rookie Matt McGloin throws a 30-yard scoring pass for the Raiders (1-0). Kyle Orton throws for a touchdown and Joseph Randle rushes for another for the visiting Cowboys (1-1).

PRIME-TIME PLAYERS:

Oakland
QB Matt McGloin — Is 4 for 7 passing for 78 yards and a TD with no turnovers and a passer raating of 135.7. McGloin's 30-yard scoring pass to Brice Butler early in the second half and Eddy Carmona's PAT gives Oakland a 16-10 lead.

WR Brice Butler — Has two catches for 70 yards, including a diving 30-yard TD catch.

LB Eric Harper — His fumble recovery of a B.J. Webb muffed punt at the Dallas 9 sets up Eddy Carmona's game-winning field goal.

Dallas
QB Kyle Orton — Is 6 for 6 passing for 52 yards and a TD with no turnovers. His passer rating is an impressive 142.4. Orton throws a 15-yard scoring pass to Cole Beasley to give Dallas a 9-3 lead with 41 seconds left in the first half.

WR Cole Beasley — Has three catches for 49 yards, including a 15-yard TD reception.

S J.J. Wilcox — Intercepts a Terrelle Pryor pass in the end zone and contributes five solo tackles.

KEY STATS:
In his first game as a Raider, projected starting quarterback Matt Flynn is 4 for 5 passing for 37 yards in Oakland's first two possessions. Flynn fumbled following a sack on the first series and led the Raiders to a 51-yard field goal by Sebastian Janikowski in 12 plays on the second possession.


Making his Raiders debut, linebacker Sio Moore sacks quarterback Tony Romo on the Cowboys' first possession.

The Raiders will play the host Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, at 1 p.m. (Pacific) at AT&T Stadium. Oakland leads the regular-season series 6-4.
