FLASH RECAP:
While the Brooks-led Raiders offense scores touchdowns on three of its first four possessions, the Oakland defense also shines against the Lions (1-2). During the opening half, the Raiders' first-team defense pitches a shutout, has three sacks and forces two turnovers (a Kirk Morrison interception and Derrick Gibson fumble recovery). The Raiders force their sixth and seventh interceptions of the 2006 exhibition season. They had a league-low five interceptions during the 2005 regular season. Jason Hansen kicks a 38-yard field goal for the Lions late in the third quarter. The Raiders open an exhibition season with four wins for the first time since 1975.

WR Randy Moss — Has TD catches of 63 and 25 yards during the first half as the Raiders build a 21-0 lead. He finishes with 102 receiving yards on three catches (a whopping 34.0 yards per catch).
QB Aaron Brooks — Is 9-of-15 passing for 187 yards and two TDs for a 143.6 passing rating.
MLB Kirk Morrison — Has one interception, two passes defensed and a team-high six total tackles.
WR Eddie Drummond — His 49-yard catch sets up a Jason Hanson field goal. Drummond finishes with four catches for 71 yards.
DT Shaun Cody — Has two sacks and four total tackles.
K Jason Hanson — His 38-yard field goal late in the third quarter prevents a Detroit shutout.
